Payment Information
The convention will cost £45 for an individual with a CVI or for each parent or carer with full parental responsibility for someone with a CVI. The rate for professional delegates is £85. The cost includes lunch and refreshments.
When you have registered as a delegate we will email an invoice to your registration email address giving further instructions for payment. Invoices are processed in batches so do not worry if an invoice does not arrive straight away.
If you require a Purchase Order or reference number to be specified on your invoice then please include this during your registration in the box provided.
Payment must be made by Friday 20th September to confirm your place.
Bookings may close sooner if we reach venue capacity.
Once you have confirmed your booking by making payment against your invoice we will not be able to make refunds.
Payment may be made by PayPal, bank transfer or a credit/debit card at the end of the booking process.

Located in Bristol city centre, directly opposite Cabot Circus, the Future Inns Bristol Hotel is a four star hotel with spacious, air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms. A discount is available when you book if you quote the Cerebral Visual Impairment (CVI) Society Convention.
Other than the Future Inns Hotel itself, there is a variety of alternative accommodation available nearby.
